3.4 ph956 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or in a manner that may expose ph956 or other users to harm or legal liability.
4.1 ph956 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer process requires submission of:
4.2 ph956 aims to complete KYC verification within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests will be processed only after KYC verification is successfully completed.
4.3 Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality. ph956 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from a player's failure to timely complete KYC.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on ph956 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ph956 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform from time to time.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya, and ₱500 via bank transfer. These minimums are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours for GCash and PayMaya for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
5.4 Deposits made using payment instruments that do not match your registered Account details may be refused or held pending verification. ph956 reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment method if identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
5.5 ph956 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed on the Platform at the time of the withdrawal request. Third-party transaction fees imposed by GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions are beyond ph956's control and will be borne by the Player.
ph956 only processes withdrawals to payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
6.1 ph956 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentive programs to registered Players. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 ph956 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if ph956 reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
6.4 Multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, or coordinated bonus abuse schemes will result in the cancellation of bonus balances, potential Account suspension, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from ph956.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph956 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 ph956 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ph956 shall not be liable for losses attributable to such unavailability.
11.3 In any event, ph956's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 ph956 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on ph956, you consent to such collection and processing.

13.2 Your continued use of the ph956 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Nothing in this section shall prevent ph956 from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
